How much is a box of 112 tablets of Vemurafenib?

Vemurafenib is a BRAF inhibitor. It’s used for treating BRAF V600E-mutant melanoma. It’s designed to block BRAF signaling.

You can get it as 240 mg film-coated tablets. You’re supposed to take 960 mg, twice a day. That’s four tablets a time.

You can take the tablets with or without food, it’s up to you. Each bottle has 112 tablets, so you get 224 doses out of it. The treatment might change based on how the patient handles the med.
