FLT3 Inhibitor Generic Tablets

This FLT3 inhibitor, Gilteritinib, is meant for treating AML that won’t respond to standard treatment or has already come back after treatment. It’s mainly used when the cells have FLT3 mutations. How it works is by keeping the FLT3 kinase in check, which helps slow down the growth of cancer cells.

Gilteritinib comes in 40 mg pills with a coating. The dose you’d usually take is 120 mg, once a day, by mouth. These tablets come in bottles with 90 pills in each.
