Erdafitinib? It’s that kinase inhibitor stuff used for treating that spread-out urothelial carcinoma. So, it’s this small thing that specifically goes after those FGFR2 and FGFR3 mutations in the FGFR (fibroblast growth factor receptor) area. The drug comes in these little film-coated tablets, and there are three strengths: 3 mg, 4 mg, and 5 mg.

You usually start with 8 mg once a day, but if you’re doing fine and it works, you might up it to 9 mg. They come in bottles with 56 tablets each. It’s enough for up to 28 days on the initial 8 mg, or 24 days if you go up to 9 mg.
