Generic BCL-2 Inhibitor for CLL

Venetoclax blocks the BCL-2 protein. This protein is often found in high amounts in cancer cells, like those from CLL and AML. It blocks BCL-2 to make cancer cells more likely to die off.

You can get Venetoclax in three doses — 10 mg, 50 mg, or 100 mg. They’re all tablet forms with a film coating. They usually start with a low dose for CLL, but it might go up to a max of 400 mg a day.

You should take it with your meals. Each bottle has 120 tablets.
