Dacomitinib is an EGFR inhibitor used for treating non-small cell lung cancer, particularly with certain EGFR mutations like the 19th exon deletion or the 21st exon L858R mutation. It works by stopping the EGFR signaling. They offer it in 3 strengths: 15, 30, and 45 mg, all as film-coated tabs.
