Ponatinib CML ALLGeneric Tablet

So Ponatinib blocks BCR-ABL and other kinase activity. And it’s meant for treating adults with chronic myeloid leukemia who didn’t tolerate or are resistant to earlier kinase inhibitors. And also for Philadelphia-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia in folks who haven’t worked with older kinase inhibitors or follow the Boston Scientific after first treatment for chronic-phase CML.

It comes in 15 mg and 45 mg tabs. You’re supposed to take 45 mg every day. It doesn’t matter if you take it with food or not.

These tablets come in bottles with 30 in each, making it really easy to keep track of your dose.
