Entrectinib Generic TRKROS1ALK Inhibitor Capsules

Entrectinib is an inhibitor for TRK/ROS1/ALK. It’s used to treat certain types of solid tumors that have NTRK-fusions and NSCLC that has ROS1 mutations. It blocks more than one kinase.

The dosage form is available as 100 mg or 200 mg capsules, with the recommended daily dose being 600 mg, taken once a day. You can take the pills with or without eating anything. Each bottle has 30 pills in it.
