Ixazomib is a proteasome inhibitor. It’s used to treat multiple myeloma, usually alongside other treatments. It works by messin’ with protein breakdown in cancer cells, which stops tumor growth.

You can get it in capsules that are 2.3 mg, 3 mg, or 4 mg strong. The usual dose is 4 mg and you take it once a week on days 1, 8, and 15 of a 28-day cycle. Each blister pack has three capsules.
