Venetoclax is this BCL-2 inhibitor thing that’s used for CLL and AML. It works by making cancer cells die. You can get these Venetoclax tablets in three different strengths—10mg, 50mg, and 100mg—and they’re all coated.

For CLL patients, they usually start with 400 mg a day, taken with some food. The tablets come in bottles with 120 in each. You need to be careful with this stuff, though, because it has side effects and can mess with other drugs.
