Mobocertinib’s job is to fight lung cancer, specifically NSCLC, and it does this by targeting a part called EGFR exon 20. It works by going after EGFR to stop the cancer from growing. The drug comes in 40 mg caps.

You’re supposed to take 160 mg a day, and it doesn’t matter if you eat before or after. The drug comes in bottles with 90 pills. You’re meant to take one of these 40 mg caps each day.
