It’s an inhibitor that focuses on FGFR2 fusions in cholangiocarcinoma. You can get it in three different strengths: 4.5 mg, 9 mg, and 13.5 mg. The usual way to take pemigatinib is 13.5 mg every day for 14 days during a 21-day cycle.

The tablets are in bottles with 14 capsules each. It’s meant to be taken all the time to help with cancer symptoms and slow down how the disease gets worse.
