Asciminib is a BCR-ABL inhibitor. It’s made to treat chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) that doesn’t respond to other treatments. It zero in on the ABL myristoyl pocket.

You’ve got two doses in tablet form—20 mg and 40 mg. The usual dose is 80 mg, taken once a day. But you can split it and take 40 mg two times a day if you need.

The tablets are all covered with a film coating. The product comes in bottles with 60 tablets in each. The main stuff in this is asciminib, and it’s an oncology drug, by the way.
