So, Ponatinib is this BCR-ABL inhibitor that’s used to treat certain types of leukemia, like CML and Ph ALL, especially in cases where the usual treatments didn’t work out. This drug comes in two doses: there’s a 15 mg one and a 45 mg one, both in the form of film-coated tablets. You’re supposed to take 45 mg a day, either on an empty stomach or with food, that’s the daily recommended dose. These tablets come in bottles with 30 of them in each one.
