Capivasertib 400mg Tablets $100

Capivasertib is an AKT inhibitor designed for HR /HER2breast cancer patients with PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN alterations. It does a good job of blocking that AKT signaling stuff. The med comes in two doses – there’s the 200 mg one and the 400 mg one.

The usual dose is 400 mg, twice a day. You do that for four days and then take a break for three days. Each bottle has 64 tablets in it.
