Capivasertib is made to help treat a certain type of breast cancer, the one that’s HR /HER2. It zeroes in on those PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN changes. It works by stopping the AKT signaling process.

You can get it in two doses, either 200 mg or 400 mg pills. You should take the 400 mg tablet twice a day. Then you take a break for three days, after four days of taking it.
