Ceritinib is an ALK inhibitor, used mainly to treat non-small cell lung cancer that has spread and tests positive for ALK. It works by focusing on the ALK pathway, which is often changed in some lung cancer cells. The drug comes in 150 mg capsules.

The usual dose is 450 mg, taken once a day with food. Each bottle has 70 capsules. You can take the capsules with or without food—it doesn’t matter.
