Generic Afatinib 40mg EGFR/HER2 Inhibitor

Afatinib is a type of inhibitor that targets EGFR and HER2. It’s mainly used for NSCLC in people who have specific genetic changes like exon 19 deletions or the L858R mutation in exon 21. It works by stopping EGFR signaling from happening.

You can get it in three doses—20, 30, or 40 milligrams—as film-coated pills. The advice is to take the 40 mg dose once every day, on an empty belly. The stuff comes in bottles with 30 tablets inside each.
