Generic AKT Inhibitor 400mg Capsules

Capivasertib is an AKT inhibitor. It’s approved to treat breast cancer that’s hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative. It’s used for patients who have genetic changes like PIK3CA, AKT1, or PTEN.

It works by stopping AKT signaling. There are two strengths for the capsules: 200 mg and 400 mg. The dose they usually suggest is 400 mg taken twice a day.

But they follow a schedule where you take it for 4 days and then take a break for 3 days. Each package has 64 tablets.
