Asciminib is a pill used to treat CML, especially for folks who didn’t find relief from other treatments. It’s made to zero in on the BCR-ABL thingy, which is super important in causing CML. Asciminib works by stopping something called the ABL myristoyl pocket, keeping cancer cells from growing.
