Generic BTK Inhibitor for Lymphoma

Ibrutinib is a BTK inhibitor. It’s used to treat MCL, CLL, and Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia. It works by stopping BTK signaling, which messes with how cancer cells grow and live.

The drug comes in 140 mg caps or tabs. They say you should take it once a day, usually between 420 and 560 mg. You’ll usually get it in bottles with 90 tabs each.

Ibrutinib goes after the BTK pathway—it’s a big deal for B cells. It helps slow down cell growth, kickstart cell death, and keep cancer cells in check.
