Generic CDK4/6 Inhibitor Capsules for Breast Cancer

Palbociclib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor used for the treatment of HR /HER2breast cancer. It keeps cell cycles from moving forward by stopping the CDK4 and CDK6 kinases. You can get it in capsules in three sizes: 75 mg, 100 mg, and 125 mg.

The usual dose is 125 mg, taken every day for 21 days, every 4 weeks. A cycle is supposed to last about a month. One bottle gives you enough for one cycle with 21 capsules.
