Generic PI3K Inhibitor for Breast Cancer

Alpelisib is an inhibitor of the PI3K enzyme, specifically targeting HR /HER2breast cancer with PIK3CA mutations. It’s made to stop the PI3K signaling pathway in its tracks. You can get this drug in three doses: 50, 200, or 300 mg—just in film-coated tablets.

The usual amount to take is 300 mg, ideally with a meal each day. Each pack comes with 28 pills to make sure you have enough for the whole month. The pills are meant to be swallowed whole—no chewing, breaking, or crushing them, please.
