Generic Ponatinib 45mg Tablet

Ponatinib is used for treating CML and Ph ALL that don’t respond to other TKIs. It’s a BCR-ABL inhibitor and it works on lots of different kinases. You can get Ponatinib in two doses: 15 mg and 45 mg, both as coated tablets.

The advice is to take the 45 mg tablet just once a day, whether you eat first or not. The tablets come in bottles with 30 in each.
