Sunitinib is this multi-kinase inhibitor that’s used to treat RCC, GIST, and NET in the pancreas. It hits on a bunch of kinases, like VEGFR, PDGFR, and more. There are three doses to choose from: 12.5, 25, and 50 mg.

They usually go with the 50 mg pill taken every day. You do four weeks on, then take a two-week break. That’s one cycle, which is six weeks.
