Vemurafenib is a medication used in the treatment of BRAF V600E-mutant melanoma, which inhibits BRAF, a protein involved in the RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK pathway. The drug stops this BRAF protein from getting too active, which helps keep cancer cells from growing out of control. You can get Vemurafenib in 240 mg tablets.

You’re supposed to take 960 mg of it, twice a day. That’s four of those 240 mg tablets. You can take the pills with or without eating.
