Palbociclib is a pill used to treat breast cancer. It’s for people who have hormone-positive cancer but not the HER2 kind. It’s a CDK4/6 inhibitor, meaning it stops certain enzymes that control cell growth in their tracks.

You can get this in three strengths – 75 mg, 100 mg, or 125 mg, all in pill form. The usual dose is 125 mg each day for 21 days out of every 28 days. Each cycle comes with a packet of 21 pills to make sure you’ve got enough for the full 21 days.
