Sunitinib is used for RCC, GIST, and neuroendocrine tumors in the pancreas. It’s effective by blocking different types of kinases, like VEGFR, PDGFR, c-KIT, RET, and more. You can get it in three doses: 12.5 mg, 25 mg, or 50 mg, all in caplet form.

You typically take 50 mg of this once every day, every day for four weeks. After that, take a break for two weeks before starting a new cycle. Each capsule has 50 mg of the good stuff.
