Brigatinib is a drug that helps with a type of lung cancer that’s spread and has a thing called ALK-positive. It works by focusing on something called ALK signaling. You can get it in 30 mg, 90 mg, or 180 mg tablets, all of them with a special coating.

You start with 90 mg a day for the first week, then you go up to 180 mg after that. The stuff comes in bottles with 30 tablets in each. It’s used for a kind of lung cancer that’s marked by a mix-up in the ALK gene, which is also known as anaplastic lymphoma kinase.
