Dacomitinib is an EGFR inhibitor, used for treating Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). It’s made for folks with the EGFR exon 19 deletion or that L858R mutation in exon 21. It shuts down EGFR signaling, which is big in how lung cancer cells grow and spread.

It comes in 15mg, 30mg, and 45mg strengths. You’re supposed to take 45mg once a day. The pills have that shiny coating and come in bottles with 30 pills in each one.
