Olaparib is used to treat ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers that have a BRCA mutation. It’s a PARP inhibitor, which stops cancer cells from fixing their DNA. You can get it in two doses: 100 mg and 150 mg, both in a coated tablet.

The usual dose is 300 mg, taken two times a day, either with or without food. Each pack has 60 tablets.
