Brigatinib is an ALK inhibitor. It’s made to go after specific gene changes that cause a kind of lung cancer known as ALK-positive NSCLC. You can get Brigatinib in three strengths: 30 mg, 90 mg, and 180 mg tablets.

The usual dose is to take one 90 mg tablet each day for a week, and then switch to one 180 mg tablet a day. The drug is supplied in bottles containing 30 tablets, and the daily dose may be continued until the patient no longer experiences clinical benefit or develops an intolerance to the medication.
