Ivosidenib is an IDH1 inhibitor. It’s used for people with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has an IDH1 mutation. This drug is made to zero in on the wonky IDH1 enzyme, which in turn slashes cancer cell growth.
