Olaparib is a type of PARP inhibitor. It’s used to treat ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers with BRCA mutations. It inhibits DNA repair in cancer cells, and is available as 100 mg or 150 mg film-coated tablets.

The usual amount is 300 mg, taken twice a day. You can take it with or without eating. It comes in bottles with 60 tablets each.
