ROCK2 Inhib Generic for cGVHD

Belumosudil is an inhibitor of the Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 (ROCK2), utilized for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD). It works by helping to ease inflammation and tissue scarring. This comes as a film-coated tablet that has 200 mg of what we call the main ingredient.

Adults usually take it once each day, with the 200 mg pill and it’s best with something you’re eating. They come in a bottle with 30 pills, each designed to help manage symptoms of cGVHD.
