Sunitinib is a drug that targets multiple kinases. It’s used to treat RCC, GIST, and pancreatic NET. It mainly goes after VEGFR, PDGFR, and a few other kinases.

You can get it in three doses: 12.5, 25, or 50 mg in capsule form. The usual dose is 50 mg, taken every day for four weeks out of every six weeks. One bottle has 28 capsules, enough for four doses.
