Vigabatrin’s mainly for treating hard-to-treat epilepsy and something called infantile spasms. It’s like a GABA transaminase inhibitor, which means it boosts GABA levels in the brain. You can get it in two ways: 500 mg tablets and these powder packs.

You should take 1 to 3 grams a day, spread out through the day. Each bottle has got 100 tablets in it. It’s mainly used for severe epilepsy cases that don’t get better with other seizure drugs.
